Return & Refund Policy – SnoutSavvy

At SnoutSavvy, your satisfaction is important to us. We proudly offer worldwide shipping on innovative pet products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase at no additional cost.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


Returns

Due to the nature of our dropshipping business and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used products.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item is returned without approval, no refund will be issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your PayPal or bank account again

  2. Contact your bank (processing time varies)

  3. Then contact us for assistance


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos/videos showing the issue

  • We will arrange either a free replacement or a refund


Tracking & Delivery

All orders include a tracking number.
If tracking shows “Delivered”, we cannot issue a refund for stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.


Final Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
