1. The "Crease" Information
This mat will be FOLDED for shipping. When you first unpack it, you may notice creases, and it might not lay perfectly flat immediately.

This is NOT a defect; it is a physical characteristic of EVA foam.

How to Fix: Please place heavy objects (like books or the litter box itself) on the crease for 24-48 hours. Alternatively, use a hair dryer (warm heat) on the crease and fold it in the opposite direction. It will recover its flat, elastic shape.

2. Cleaning Advice
While the mat is washable, please DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the EVA structure. A simple rinse in the shower or sink is all that is needed.
